A Week of Self Care

Sometimes, things happen beyond your control and your week feels like it’s just set to be a bad one. No matter the circumstances, you deserve to turn one of "those" weeks around with some much deserved self-care!


Not sure where to start? We set up a little guide to help you along the way.


MONDAY: Relax

Start your week out right. Take Monday to destress and relax. Draw a bubble bath with relaxing lavender. Put on a face mask. Exfoliate with one of the DIY scrubs in our last blog post. Light some candles, make some tea and indulge in your favorite book, you strong, deserving woman, you.


TUESDAY: Energize

Take a walk, do some yoga, take a kickboxing class. Get outside, if possible. Being outdoors and close to nature has been proven to give humans a new sense of energy and life; doesn't that sound fantastic?


WEDNESDAY: Health

Make a healthy dinner from scratch. Extra points if you get your ingredients from a farmers

market or locally sourced grocery store.


THURSDAY: Detox

It sounds impossible, but we swear it’s not! Take the day to separate yourself from the apps on your phone. When you get home, try not to sit in front of the TV or computer. Read a book, do a puzzle, take up mahjong... whatever gets you away from those head-achey blue screens.


FRIDAY: Purge

Unsubscribe from unwanted emails, throw all unworn clothes into a donate bag, and take the time to get rid of anything that equals clutter in your mind, home, or life in general.


SATURDAY: Clean

Fall cleaning is SO underrated! Clear out all that spring and summer clutter. Dust, Swiffer, sweep. Make your home sparkly and new for the season.


SUNDAY: Prepare

Prepare for the upcoming week. Grocery shop, meal prep, lay out your clothes, get a spray tan;). Catch up on anything that might make your upcoming week more successful.


And most importantly, always, always remember: you got this!
